Sia is seeking a Senior Lifecycle & CRM Strategy Leader for a remote contract engagement to build a cohesive lifecycle model for digital-presence services. You will define journeys, data signals, and cross-functional execution across marketing, product, and care.

You will lead segmentation, measurement, and optimization while remaining hands-on in shaping the first wave of journeys and tests. This role requires senior advisory experience and strong governance skills.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years across lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention, and growth.
• Senior Director or VP-level experience advising executives.
• Experience building lifecycle capability from a low-maturity starting point.
• Deep experience with recurring-revenue digital services (domain hosting, websites, email, security, or related services).

Aufgaben

• Assess the end-to-end digital-presence lifecycle and map the experience from search to expansion.
• Define lifecycle stages, outcomes, and a sequenced roadmap balancing quick wins and longer-term needs.
• Design high-value journeys for onboarding, activation, renewal, retention, and expansion.
• Advance segmentation and trigger strategy using customer, domain, and service data.
• Connect CRM, service, and channel data to coordinate experiences across channels.
• Improve personalization and next-best-action decisions for setup, activation, and renewal.
• Establish experimentation and measurement plans with baselines and reports.
• Create the lifecycle operating model with governance and ownership across teams.
• Translate recommendations into journey maps, briefs, and backlogs.
• Build reusable frameworks and internal capability for ongoing optimization.
