Job summary

Synthesia is seeking an experienced Senior Lifecycle Manager to lead one of Europe’s most exciting lifecycle programmes. You’ll own the product-led growth motion after signup, building automations that turn users into activated, paying customers and expanding relationships.

You’ll partner with Product, Product Marketing and Data teams to design lifecycle journeys, leverage product usage signals and drive continuous improvement through structured experiments and high-quality data practices.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of lifecycle, CRM or email marketing experience in B2B SaaS or product-led companies.
• Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot, including complex workflows, list building, segmentation and campaign execution.
• Proven experience building and optimising always-on automated programmes (onboarding, nurture, re-engagement).
• Experience owning lifecycle initiatives end to end, from briefing to implementation, QA, reporting and optimisation.
• Strong analytical skills using product, CRM and engagement data to build audiences and run experiments.
• Practical AI experience to improve lifecycle execution or personalisation.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and optimise lifecycle journeys from activation to expansion.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle programmes, including segmentation, triggers, logic and QA.
