Qualifications

Responsibilities

Use analytics dashboards to monitor mortality, placement, and referral rates.
Pilot new underwriting tech and vendor solutions with business cases.
Coach underwriters in analytics, digital tools, and customer-centric practices.
Negotiate appeals using professional judgment to go beyond guidelines.
Communicate with field force and home office clearly and professionally.
