Responsibilities

• Provide expert judgment on highly complex cases and oversee facultative referrals.
• Oversee adjudication during peak volumes while promoting analytics and modern platforms.
• Lead and develop a team of underwriters, set priorities, ensure SLA adherence and quality.
• Use analytics dashboards to monitor mortality, placement, cycle time, and referral rates; drive improvements.
• Pilot and validate new underwriting technologies and vendor solutions; document ROI.
