Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager in Commercial Strategy in New York, NY. You will build client relationships, design strategic solutions, and oversee projects from contract to delivery while mentoring consulting staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in life science consulting.
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience in a consulting firm.
• Experience in creating and evaluating commercial strategy for pharmaceutical brands.

Responsibilities

• Coach and mentor junior team members to extend their skills and responsibilities, conduct performance reviews and support recruitment/retention.
• Develop business strategy through primary and secondary research relating to product portfolio and planning including forecasting revenue, market sizing and regression.
• Work directly with clients and managing directors to set project objectives, develop analytical frameworks, manage team responsibilities, and maintain timeline.
• Elevate new business opportunities through identifying follow-on work, product enhancements or additional service offerings.
• Lead team members in complex analysis and problem-solving including problem structuring, analytical techniques, synthesis, and client implications.
