The Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Senior Analyst in Life Sciences Consulting to join our remote US team. You will work on market access, oncology and specialty strategy projects, with early client exposure and a clear path to Manager for top performers.

Ideal candidates have a science-related degree and 1–3 years in Life Sciences Consulting, strong MS Office skills, and a collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset.

Qualifications

• A science or science-related degree from a top-tier university.
• 1-3 years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting.
• Market Access Consulting is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Superior skills in using MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
