Job summary

The Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Consultant in Life Sciences Consulting to lead primary and secondary research, develop insightful analyses, and craft strategic recommendations for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.

You will manage 3+ projects, guide teams, ensure timely delivery, support client relationships, and contribute to proposals and capability decks, while applying strong communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a life science focus.
• 4+ years life sciences Market Access consulting experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Superior MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Expert knowledge of provider and payer dynamics in oncology and rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to day-to-day management of 3+ projects and guide task delegation.
• Ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Provide direct feedback to junior staff for career development.
• Support client relationships and forecast future project needs.
• Aid in developing project proposals and capabilities decks.
• Communicate clearly with senior project managers on progress and bandwidth.
