Job summary

Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Consultant in Life Sciences Consulting to lead research, develop analyses, and generate strategic recommendations for health care clients in the United States. The role focuses on market access and analytics within oncology and specialty therapeutics.

The successful candidate will manage multiple projects, support client relationships, and contribute to firm development through proposals and capabilities decks. Remote US work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with a life science focus.
• 4+ years life sciences Market Access consulting experience.
• Superior MS Office skills, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and team-player mindset.
• Strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
• Expert knowledge of provider and payer dynamics in oncology, cellular therapy/CAR-T, immunology, neurology/CNS, and rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of multiple projects and guide tasks across team members.
• Ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Provide feedback to junior staff for career development.
• Support client relationships and forecast future project needs.
• Assist in developing project proposals and capability decks.
• Communicate project status clearly to senior project managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
