Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, is seeking a Consultant, Life Sciences Consulting to join our remote US team. You will lead primary and secondary research, develop insightful analyses, and craft actionable recommendations for pharma and biotech clients.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in life sciences market access consulting, a life science degree, and strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint/Excel). Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail are essential for this

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life sciences.
• 4+ years life sciences market access consulting.
• MS Office skills (PowerPoint & Excel).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and team player mindset.
• Attention to detail.
• Expert knowledge of provider and payer dynamics in oncology, cellular therapies, immunology, neurology/CNS, or rare diseases.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of 3+ projects and guide task delegation.
• Ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Provide direct feedback to junior staff for career development.
• Support client relationships and forecast future project needs.
• Aid in developing proposals and capabilities decks for firm growth.
• Communicate project status clearly with senior project managers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
