Norstella, via The Dedham Group, is seeking a Senior Analyst in Life Sciences Consulting to support reimbursement, pricing, market access, health policy and market strategy projects.

You will conduct market research, perform data analysis, develop reports and presentations, and contribute to business development efforts. Ideal candidates have a science degree and 1–3 years of Life Sciences Consulting experience, with strong MS Office skills and an entrepreneurial, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• A science or science-related degree from a top-tier university.
• 1–3 years of experience in Life Sciences Consulting.
• Market Access Consulting is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial and collaborative attitude.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Superior skills in using MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
