Job summary

Dedham Group, now part of Norstella, seeks a Consultant in Life Sciences Consulting to lead research and craft actionable recommendations for market access in oncology and specialty therapeutics.

You will work with cross-functional teams and clients to produce qualitative and quantitative analyses, develop strategic insights, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations to accelerate decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in life science
• 4+ years life sciences Market Access consulting
• Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong collaboration and team orientation
• Strong attention to detail
• Expert knowledge of provider and payer dynamics in healthcare, oncology, cellular therapy / CAR‑T, immunology or other specialty therapeutics

Responsibilities

• Lead primary and secondary research with teams and clients, developing analyses and recommendations
• Manage 3+ projects and delegate tasks to team members
• Provide direct feedback to junior staff for development
• Support client relationships and forecast future project needs
• Aid in developing proposals and capability decks to support firm growth
• Communicate effectively with senior project managers on responsibilities and timelines
• Perform other duties as assigned
