LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Project Executive of Life Sciences to lead the life sciences business, oversee multiple project teams, and supervise project managers and staff. The role requires R&D and cGMP project delivery experience, strategic thinking, and strong client relationships.

The position emphasizes growth alignment, mentorship, and risk management, with a focus on high-level oversight and executive leadership within the Life Sciences unit.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years leadership in life sciences R&D and cGMP construction.
• Strong financial, risk management, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Willingness to travel for life sciences accounts and projects.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain executive-level client relationships and drive long-term growth.
• Oversee multiple project teams and supervise life sciences project managers.
• Guide scheduling, procurement, staffing, and financial tracking.
• Ensure quality, safety, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction across projects.
• Mentor field leaders and collaborate to align policy with operations.
• Support R&D and cGMP project delivery and risk mitigation.
