LF Driscoll, part of the STO Building Group, seeks a Project Executive of Life Sciences to lead the life sciences business, manage project teams, and oversee PMs and staff. This role requires R&D and cGMP project delivery, strategic thinking, and strong client relationships.

You will drive growth initiatives, align financial performance with project outcomes, mentor leadership, and ensure client satisfaction across complex, multi-project portfolios.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in life sciences R&D and cGMP construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Ability to lead multiple large-scale, complex projects concurrently.
• Strong ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for life sciences accounts and projects.

Responsabilités

• Maintains life sciences executive-level relationships with clients, future talent, trade partners, architects, consultants, and community representatives.
• Establishes long term sustainable growth initiatives through talent recruitment, business development, and project execution.
• Participates in business unit fiscal planning, goal setting, and strategic direction.
• Manages project cost projections, BU roll up, and profitability alignment.
• Ensures execution of company policies through structured project oversight focusing on quality, cost, schedule, safety, and client relations.
• Provides executive-level oversight on scheduling, procurement, project staffing, and financial tracking.
• Supports life sciences R&D and cGMP project managers and oversees project staff.
• Advises field leadership to ensure excellence in field operations.
• Collaborates across departments to drive policy adherence and operational alignment.
• Acts as a key contact for high-level issue resolution and risk mitigation.
• Performs other duties and strategic initiatives as assigned.
