Job summary

Kevin Edward Group seeks a Senior Project Executive to lead and grow its Life Sciences portfolio, with a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing, biotech, and cGMP environments. You will provide executive leadership across project acquisition, client relationships, contract negotiations, pre-construction, operations and financial performance.

You will build high-performing project teams, oversee full P&L, and drive lean construction, prefabrication, and CQV/validation strategies for

Qualifications

15+ years of construction experience.
10+ years in senior construction/project leadership.
Proven experience delivering $100M+ Life Sciences projects.
Strong understanding of cGMP and cleanroom environments.
Experience with complex MEP and technically intensive facilities.
Strong commercial and contract negotiation experience.
Demonstrated P&L and financial management responsibility.
Experience working directly with owners and pharmaceutical clients.

Responsibilities

Executive leadership across project acquisition, client relationships, and commercial strategy.
Oversee pre-construction, operations, and team development.
Manage full P&L, forecasting and financial performance.
Lead procurement, start-up, and commissioning activities.
Guide MEP/HVAC, validation and CQV processes.
Develop and recruit high-performing project teams.
Drive lean construction, Last Planner, and prefabrication strategies.
Develop long-term client relationships in Life Sciences.
