Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior Patient Services leader to grow and manage client relationships, driving strategic initiatives and business development across pharma, biotech, and medical device clients.

You will oversee multiple projects, mentor staff, and contribute to new service offerings while maintaining high client value and satisfaction. This role requires travel up to 50% across the US and a strong healthcare/LS consulting background.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• 7-10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs and related areas.
• Ability to manage projects and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while managing client expectations.
• Be the client's trusted advisor contributing to key client business development strategy.
• Develop business with new buyers within key clients using industry insights and Guidehouse solutions.
• Identify and evaluate risks for Guidehouse and client relationships.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and durations with quality control and value delivery.
• Mentor and develop Guidehouse personnel on projects.
