Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a senior leader for Patient Services within Strategy & Transformation Consulting. You will grow and manage key client relationships, leading the development of program designs and go-to-market strategies while guiding cross-functional teams.

You will oversee multiple projects, mentor staff, and expand offerings in response to evolving industry needs. You will travel to client sites across the US up to 50%, manage risk, and build trusted advisor relationships to drive

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related course of study.
• 7-10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs, including Patient Services program design, PS regulatory / compliance issues, patient journey development for specialty medications, organizational design and change management, and primary research.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while managing client expectations.
• Develop business with new buyers within key client bases and drive account growth.
• Oversee multiple projects of varying sizes and durations, ensuring quality and client value.
