Guidehouse is seeking an experienced strategy and transformation leader to grow and manage Life Sciences client relationships across the US. You will drive business development with key clients, develop new offerings, and oversee multiple projects while mentoring staff.

Travel up to 50% is required, and a strong background in patient services is essential. You will work with cross-functional teams, deliver high-value client solutions, and contribute to an evolving PS portfolio in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare, Business or related field.
• 10 years of Life Sciences consulting experience or blend of consulting & industry experience.
• Subject matter expertise in patient services programs, including PS design, regulatory issues, and patient journey development for specialty medications.
• Ability to work independently with oversight, ownership of workstreams, and mentoring others.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Access) and data-driven decision making.
• Experience generating revenues with existing clients and expanding accounts.

Responsibilities

• Grow and manage client relationships while managing expectations.
• Act as trusted advisor and contribute to key client business development strategy.
• Develop new offerings based on evolving industry needs and firm capabilities.
• Oversee multiple projects and supervise Guidehouse personnel.
• Identify and evaluate risk in client relationships and engagements.
• Travel to client sites across the US, up to 50%.
