Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking Managing Consultants for the Life Sciences – Patient Services team. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and drive program design, implementation, and monitoring across pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients.

Travel to client sites will be up to 20% and collaboration with Directors is expected. The role emphasizes developing junior staff, sales support, and practice development while partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years transferrable consulting or Patient Services experience.
• Willing to travel up to 20% across the US.
• Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and manage day-to-day client relationships.
• Develop work plans, staffing, deadlines, and budgets.
• Guide and coach Consultants and Senior Consultants.
• Partner with Directors to report progress and developments.
