You will manage material control for purchased major capital equipment on mid-to-large projects, leading planning activities and coordinating with project teams to ensure timely, accurate material handling. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 10+ years in capital equipment materials management, 5+ years in Biopharma/Life Science projects, and hands-on experience with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, supply chain, logistics, or operations management, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of experience in capital equipment field materials management.
• 5+ years of experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Projects (or related industry) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience using Materials Management software and/or Enterprise Purchasing Systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Smart Materials).

Responsibilities

• Lead upfront materials planning activities and develop project-specific templates, reports and tools.
• Provide general discipline guidance to Construction Management & Procurement Professionals on the Project.
• Apply critical thinking to maximize the efficiency of the Project’s Materials Management efforts.
