Job summary

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice is expanding, seeking a Senior Consultant to partner with pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device clients. You will lead data-driven efforts across product planning, pricing, reimbursement, and regulatory/compliance solutions while delivering practical analytics-driven insights.

You will manage data, deliver technical work, and coach junior engineers, building predictive models and automated workflows to improve outcomes and speed client delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of consulting or relevant work experience with large global pharma/biotech clients.
• Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including drug development and launch.
• Ability to work independently to analyze complex information and develop a structured, data-informed story.

Responsibilities

• Data management and technical delivery; coach data engineers.
• Develop predictive models for outcomes, efficacy proxies, and forecasting using statistical and machine learning methods.
• Conduct advanced analytics on big datasets (claims, affiliations, payer, sales, etc.).
• Build internal tools and automate workflows to accelerate delivery timelines and improve team productivity.
