Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Senior Consultant for its Life Sciences practice in the United States to lead data-driven projects across pharma, biotech, and medical devices. You will manage data, build predictive models for outcomes and forecasting, and coach data engineers to deliver client work using statistical and ML methods on large datasets.

You will also develop internal tools, automate workflows, and document analyses for business stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required in analytics field or related.
• Minimum of four years of relevant consulting or pharma/biotech experience.
• Strong understanding of pharma industry including drug development and launch.

Responsibilities

• As Senior Consultant, manage data, deliver predictive models, and coach data engineers.
• Develop analyses using big data sources (claims, payer, sales) and employ ML methods.
• Document processes, map workflows, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
