Job summary

Guidehouse’s Life Sciences practice collaborates with pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and diagnostic companies to tackle today’s challenges with data-driven solutions. You will play a key role in data management, modeling, and analytics delivery, coaching junior staff, and driving insights for clients across the U.S.

You will build predictive models, work with large health data sets, and automate workflows to shorten delivery timelines while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in analytics field required.
• Experience with large global pharma or biotech clients is expected.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical industry including drug development and launches is required.
• Experience performing Data Analytics on large health data sets and knowledge of life sciences data.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to Guidehouse and client sites.

Responsibilities

• Data management, technical delivery, and coaching data engineers to execute client work.
• Develop and improve predictive models for outcomes, efficacy proxies, and forecasting using statistical and machine learning methods.
• Conduct advanced analytics using big datasets (claims, affiliations, payer, sales, EHR) and other sources.
• Build internal tools and automate workflows to accelerate delivery timelines and improve team productivity.
• Document processes, map workflows, and train the business on techniques used.
