Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager for Life Sciences to own content strategy, creation, production, and performance across digital, web, social, sales, and events channels.

You will translate highly technical subjects for pharmaceutical and biotechnology audiences. This role requires scientific curiosity, independent work in a remote setting, and collaboration with Science, Commercial, Product, and Leadership.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience, with substantial responsibility for both strategy and hands on execution.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearable sensors, digital measures, eClinical solutions, or related regulated research environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities, supported by a portfolio that includes digital and print work.
• Advanced working knowledge of WordPress and practical experience managing website content, layouts, and routine production issues.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, campaign execution, CRM connected marketing, and performance reporting.
• Hands on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid advertising campaigns.
• Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows, conferences, and company activities.
• Experience working within a CRO (contract research organization), life sciences services company, pharmaceutical or biotechnology company, or clinical technology provider.

Responsibilities

• Content Strategy and Creation: Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with VivoSense commercial priorities, brand positioning, target audiences, and the customer journey.
• Website, WordPress: Own day-to-day management of the VivoSense website within WordPress; edit pages, layouts and media; coordinate with external resources.
• Visual Design and Creative Production: Create polished visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, digital ads, blog imagery, and collateral; use InDesign and Photoshop; embrace AI tools while maintaining quality.
• Social Media and Paid Digital: Own LinkedIn organic strategy and paid campaigns; define audiences, structure campaigns, and report performance.
• Events Marketing: Create campaign plans and collateral for conferences and trade shows; represent VivoSense at domestic and international industry events.
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote, resource conscious environment.
