Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, to own strategy, creation, production and performance of content across digital, web, social, sales and events. You’ll translate highly technical subject matter for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research and digital health audiences.

The role reports to the VP of Sales & Marketing and is remote-friendly. You will lead content across blog articles, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, emails and campaigns, while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience with strategy and execution responsibility.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearable sensors, digital measures, eClinical solutions, or related regulated research environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced working knowledge of WordPress and managing website content, layouts, and production issues.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for trade shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with commercial priorities and customer journey.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across blog articles, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, website copy, emails, digital ads, brochures, and presentations.
• Manage VivoSense website content in WordPress, including layouts, media, and troubleshooting.
• Create polished visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, ads, blog imagery, and conference materials using Creative Cloud tools.
• Lead LinkedIn organic strategy and paid campaigns, with audience targeting, budget stewardship, and performance reporting.
• Develop campaign plans and collateral for conferences and trade shows, representing VivoSense at events.
• Collaborate with Science, Commercial, Product, and Executive Leadership to translate technical content for pharma, biotech, clinical research, and digital health audiences.
• Operate independently in a remote, resource-conscious environment.
