Job summary
VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, to own strategy, creation, production, and performance of content across digital channels.
You will translate highly technical subject matter into clear, credible content for pharma, biotech, and digital health audiences while collaborating with Science, Commercial, Product, and Executive Leadership. The role requires strong scientific curiosity, independent work in a remote environment, and a track record in B2B
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience with substantial strategy and execution responsibility.
- Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearable sensors, digital measures, eClinical solutions, or related regulated research environments.
- Strong visual design capabilities, with a portfolio of digital and print work.
- Advanced working knowledge of WordPress and practical experience managing website content, layouts, and routine production issues.
- Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, campaign execution, CRM-connected marketing, and performance reporting.
- Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with VivoSense priorities, brand, audiences, and customer journey.
- Create, edit, and manage high-quality content across blog articles, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, website copy, emails, digital ads, brochures, conference collateral, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Oversee day-to-day content on the VivoSense website in WordPress, including pages, layouts, media, and troubleshooting.
- Develop polished visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, digital ads, blog imagery, website content, conference materials, and sales collateral.
- Lead social media: plan, build, and optimize LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns with budget stewardship and performance analysis.
- Create event campaigns and collateral for conferences/trade shows; represent VivoSense at domestic and international events.
- Travel domestically and internationally for trade shows, conferences, and company activities.
- Collaborate with Science, Commercial, Product, and Leadership to translate technical subject matter into clear, credible content.
