Job summary

VivoSense, Inc. is seeking a Senior Content Marketing Manager, Life Sciences, to own strategy, creation, and performance of content across digital, web, social, and events.

You will translate highly technical material for pharma, biotech, and digital health audiences and collaborate with Science, Commercial, Product, and Leadership teams. The role requires strong scientific curiosity, independent work in a remote setting, and travel for trade shows and conferences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive B2B content marketing or integrated marketing experience, with responsibility for strategy and execution.
• Familiarity with clinical trials, digital health technologies, wearable sensors, digital measures, eClinical solutions, or related regulated research environments.
• Strong visual design capabilities with a portfolio of digital and print work.
• Advanced working knowledge of WordPress and content management.
• Experience using HubSpot for email marketing, landing pages, CRM-connected marketing, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn organic content and paid campaigns.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for events.
• Experience working in a CRO/life sciences services or biotech/pharma setting.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute an integrated content strategy aligned with VivoSense priorities and audience needs.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content: blogs, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, and sales materials.
• Oversee website content on WordPress and coordinate with external resources.
• Produce polished visual assets for LinkedIn campaigns, ads, and collateral; use Adobe CC tools.
• Lead LinkedIn organic and paid campaigns; plan and report performance.
• Develop conference and trade-show collateral and pre/post-event content.
• Work independently in a remote, resource-conscious environment.
