Qualifications

• Graduate degree preferred in quantity surveying or construction management.
• 12+ years in project controls with portfolio controls.
• 5+ years leading project control teams in consulting.
• 5+ years in regulatory/mission-critical environments.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for project controls (cost, risk, schedule).
• Lead risk workshops and identify mitigation actions.
• Deliver cross-functional project controls with input from teams.
• Develop and produce regular reports and dashboards.
• Prepare documentation for gateways and approvals.
• Develop project budgets, cash flows, and lifecycle cost.
• Lead project controls team to meet baseline metrics.
• Ensure SOX controls when applicable.
