Job summary

Turner & Townsend in the United States is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead life sciences construction programs. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and a broad project team to ensure compliant delivery on schedule.

The role requires strong organizational skills, 5–7 years of PM experience, and proficiency with Procore and MS Office. You will produce status reports, manage design interfaces, and support cost control and value engineering initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or applicable bachelor’s degree and or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant project management experience.
• Strong organizational and management skills – the ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader team.
• Effective presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management tools.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects.
• Track milestones and monitor schedules to avoid slips.
• Produce formal project status reports and other required reports.
• Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are applied.
• Provide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholders.
• Rapid response to RFIs from the field.
• Provide cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance.
