Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in construction projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets.
• Understanding of technical requirements for relocation, construction, and renovation projects.
• Able to adapt and prioritize deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address risk areas related to project scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop project execution plans and coordinate with procurement for contracts with third parties.
• Coordinate and track vendor RFPS and communicate project status to stakeholders.
