• 7+ years of experience in design project management for life sciences facilities.
• Strong GMP knowledge and cleanroom design experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership through design phase from concept to construction docs.
• Client engagement as primary design liaison with clear communication and expectations management.
• Team coordination to deliver integrated solutions with internal and external partners on schedule and budget.
• Scope and budget management: define project scope, develop budgets, monitor progress.
• Regulatory compliance: ensure designs meet GMP, FDA, and EU Annex 1 requirements.
• Innovation and sustainability: promote cutting-edge tech and sustainable design, including CFD and modular construction.
• Risk management: identify design risks early and implement mitigations to avoid delays or overruns.
