Job summary

Veeva is seeking a Senior Consultant to transform how Life Sciences customers work with technology, data, and AI. You will lead end-to-end design and delivery on projects, shaping operating models and measuring business value.

You will guide 2–3 person teams, contribute to proposals, and grow expertise across commercial domains while delivering practical, data-driven solutions. This role offers a Work Anywhere model and strong career progression.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: customer engagement strategy, sales and commercial operations, omnichannel, marketing excellence, key account management, and/or medical affairs
• Analytical rigor with both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Strong communication to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Knowledge of Veeva products
• Experience delivering SaaS or tech-enabled consulting solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead small-scale projects end-to-end, delivering high-quality customer solutions
• Manage project teams of 2–3 consultants and develop leadership skills
• Drive business development by leading proposals and identifying new opportunities
• Apply strategic problem solving using Veeva data, software, and AI insights
• Develop deep expertise in 1–2 functional areas across Commercial engagements
