• Professional designations such as CPCU are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages an inventory of highly complex commercial claims with large exposures.
• Verifies coverage and reserves by reviewing policy language and interfacing with counsel as needed.
• Leads investigations to determine compensability and damages by gathering documents and statements.
• Develops and executes claim resolution strategies with internal and external partners.
• Maintains claim budgets and oversees resources to deliver timely resolutions.
• Mentors and trains less experienced Claim Professionals.
