Qualifications

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience in Life Sciences or related fields.
• Gathering requirements, gap analysis, process mapping, and documentation.
• Experience in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Research orgs.
• Strong chemistry concepts and collaboration with medicinal chemists or discovery teams.
• Experience supporting preclinical data environments and scientific data initiatives.
• Hands-on Jira for requirements management, user stories, backlogs and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering, workshops, and gap analyses with scientists and stakeholders.
• Translate complex workflows into clear business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain process maps, BRDs, user stories, and project docs.
• Utilize Jira to manage requirements, track items, and support Agile delivery.
• Support preclinical research data initiatives including in vitro, PK/PD, toxicology data.
• Partner with IT, data, and business teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
