Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or life-sciences field.
3–5 years in life-sciences analytics, consulting, or related fields.
Experience with pharma datasets, omnichannel analytics, or AI-enabled solutions.
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members on analytics projects to deliver data-driven solutions.
Coordinate with clients to identify business needs and create customized solutions.
Develop and implement analytics and AI-driven forecasting and marketing analytics.
Identify insights from data and link to strategic implications.
Participate in recruiting and mentor junior staff.
Create and manage client proposals and presentations.
