Job summary

Guidehouse’s Value & Access team delivers commercialization strategy and market access services for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, from pre-commercial plans to launch pricing and reimbursement strategies. You will lead pricing and access initiatives, collaborate with senior staff on proposals, and manage consulting teams while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; major in science, biomedical engineering, business, or healthcare policy preferred.
• Advanced degree (MBA/MPH/MS/PhD) preferred.
• 6+ years in market access, reimbursement, pricing, health economics, forecasting, or pipeline strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and review of project deliverables to ensure proper framing of strategic issues.
• Facilitate client presentations and manage client relationships.
• Support business development and project sales cycle.
• Manage and develop staff, including performance management of direct reports.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and staffing.
• Create market access strategies for technologies across product development stages.
