Job summary

LeoForce seeks a senior professional to lead MEP project efforts in the Boston market. You will work on complex Design/Build projects, coordinating with PMs, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule integrity and successful outcomes.

Requirements include 5+ years in MEP/Construction with strong scheduling, communication skills, and proficiency in CMiC/Prolog/P6. BS in Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management. Competitive compensation and full benefits offered.

Salary: $105,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Details

• 5+ years of experience especially in the local Boston market, working on complex MEP Projects
• Experience with Design/Build Projects
• Proficient with MS Office Platforms and Construction software such as CMiC, Prolog, P6 or others
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Assist Project Managers as needed

• Ability to produce and mature a schedule
