Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our life science construction team. The role focuses on managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget, and coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1+ years of life science project management experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in project management, specifically in life science construction.
• Proven working experience in project management and budget management.
• Solid technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in life science construction projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing and supervising life science construction projects from conception to completion.
• Ensuring all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution.
• Developing a detailed project plan to track progress and adjust the schedule as needed.
• Measuring project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation.
• Managing relationships with all stakeholders and maintaining regular communication.
• Performing risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with third parties/vendors.
