Job summary

Coforge is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst focused on Life Insurance to join our team in the Chicago area.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of BA experience, with deep Life Insurance knowledge and hands-on experience with PAS platforms, policy administration, and digital transformation initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to elicit requirements, model processes, and define gaps.

Qualifications

8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 5 years in Life Insurance.
Experience analyzing Life Insurance products and features (Term, Whole, Universal, Variable, Annuities).
Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and related platforms.
Strong elicitation, process modeling, gap analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements elicitation sessions and capture business needs clearly.
Model business processes, create workflows, and document business rules.
Define gaps and propose practical solutions within Life Insurance domain.
Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and distribution channels; apply Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
