Coforge is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst focused on Life Insurance to join our team in the Chicago area.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of BA experience, with deep Life Insurance knowledge and hands-on experience with PAS platforms, policy administration, and digital transformation initiatives. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with carriers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to elicit requirements, model processes, and define gaps.

Formación

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience, with at least 5 years in Life Insurance.
• Experience analyzing Life Insurance products and features (Term, Whole, Universal, Variable, Annuities).
• Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS) and related platforms.
• Strong elicitation, process modeling, gap analysis, and stakeholder communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead requirements elicitation sessions and capture business needs clearly.
• Model business processes, create workflows, and document business rules.
• Define gaps and propose practical solutions within Life Insurance domain.
• Collaborate with carriers, brokers, and distribution channels; apply Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience with at least 5 years in the Life Insurance domain.
• Strong understanding of Life Insurance products including:
• Term Life
• Whole Life
• Universal Life
• Variable Life
• Annuities
• Experience with Policy Administration Systems (PAS).
• Expertise in requirement elicitation, business process modeling, and gap analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience creating user stories, process workflows, and business rules documentation.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Life Insurance platforms such as:

• FAST
• Vitech
• CyberLife
• ALIP
• LifePro
• FINEOS
• Exposure to digital transformation, automation, and cloud-based insurance solutions.
• CBAP, PMP, or Agile certifications preferred.
• Experience working with carriers, brokers, and distribution channels.
