Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Life Insurance products and actuarial processes.
• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products: term, WL, UL, VUL.
• Experience with BRD/FRD, user stories, use cases and test planning.
• Proficiency in SQL and regulatory reporting understanding.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements for Life Insurance products and actuarial processes.
• Collaborate with actuarial, product, underwriting, policy administration and IT teams.
• Translate requirements into functional specs, processes, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Support product development, pricing, valuation, and reserve calculations.
• Work on policy lifecycle processes: New Business, Billing, Claims, Servicing.
• Analyze impacts of product changes and align with objectives and actuarial assumptions.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, walkthroughs, and UAT sessions.
• Support testing with test scenarios, results review, and outcome validation.
• Perform gap analyses and identify opportunities for automation.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and actuarial standards.
