Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking a Life Enrichment and Volunteer Program Coordinator to plan, coordinate, assist and implement a full life enrichment program and volunteer program, as well as updating on-campus communications.

This role collaborates with residents and staff to develop programming, recruit volunteers, and coordinate events while ensuring alignment with Covenant Living standards and care for older adults.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred associates degree.
• Experience: 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in planning, implementing and facilitating social and recreational programs on campus.
• Coordinate structured activities and resident-led events.
• Assist in marketing programs and update the MyCov Life app for residents.
• Plan and escort off-campus educational outings and events.
• Develop and direct the volunteer program, recruiting and scheduling volunteers.
• Coordinate events with other departments, including town hall and resident council meetings.
• Periodically plan and implement larger-scale events and update the on-campus TV channel.
