Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and implement social and recreational programs for seniors. The role includes leading the volunteer program, coordinating with campus departments, and facilitating resident-led events and activities.

The position also involves off-campus event support, updating resident communications via channels such as the MyCov Life app, and staying current with best practices in senior programming to meet

Qualifications

Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
Associate degree preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in activity programming or life enrichment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the resident services director in planning and facilitation of social and recreational programs.
Develop and direct the volunteer program, including recruiting, scheduling, and coordinating volunteers.
Coordinate with departments for events, town halls, and resident council meetings.
Plan and escort off-campus events while ensuring policy compliance.
Update on-campus TV channel and resident communications.
