Job summary

Enriched Senior Living in Texas seeks a Life Engagement Director to lead residents' programs across social, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, physical, and dignified personal care dimensions. Under the Executive Director, you'll provide regular contact with residents through individual and group activities.

This full-time role may require weekends, holidays, and evenings as you oversee the engagement team, coordinate with volunteers, and create a vibrant schedule that supports residents'

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or a high school graduate
• Current and valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Establish a functional recreation program with a therapeutic approach.
• Lead and carry out the objectives of the engagement program.
• Coordinate with volunteers and engagement team.
• Maintain activity calendars and document resident engagement daily.
• Assist residents with meals and self-care activities.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and internships.
• Attend trainings and ensure compliance with policies.
• Create intergenerational programs and coordinate community events.
