Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant in Nashville, TN. You will support the Life Enrichment Director in creating diverse programs for independent living and assisted living, tailoring activities to residents’ wellness interests and leading daily activities.

You will collaborate with the program team to plan calendars, promote events, recruit volunteers, and assist with transportation and on-site logistics, ensuring a safe, engaging environment for residents

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
1–3 years experience with seniors preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
Good physical condition to lift up to 50 lbs.
Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Assist Life Enrichment Director in designing and implementing a monthly activities program.
Lead 6–7 high-quality programs per day for IL and AL neighborhoods.
Coordinate calendars, events, and outings with the program team.
Promote programs via notices and posters.
Arrange seating and equipment for activities and assist with transportation as needed.
