Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking an Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in creating diverse recreational and educational programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living residents.

You will help plan a monthly activities calendar, coordinate supplies and routes, and promote participation while maintaining records. This role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and a passion for working with seniors.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in activities programming or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Life Enrichment Director in designing and delivering activities.
• Lead 6–7 high quality programs per day for IL and AL neighborhoods.
• Coordinate calendars, supplies, and volunteer involvement.
• Survey residents to tailor programs to interests and wellness dimensions.
• Promote participation and document records and attendance.
• Assist with resident transportation and off-site outings as needed.
