Legend Senior Living® in McKinney, TX, is seeking a part-time Life Enrichment (Activities) Assistant to plan and execute engaging resident activities. You will help develop calendars, coordinate with external groups, and ensure activities align with resident needs.

The role requires a current, valid driver’s license, a willingness to transport residents, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Experience with seniors and event planning is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requirements: Current, valid driver’s license.
• Required: Age 25 or older.
• Required: Clean driving record.
• Willingness and ability to transport residents in company vehicles.
• Prefer: Experience with seniors, event planning, or lesson planning.

Responsabilités

• Assist with planning and implementing resident activities, including calendar development and budgeting; coordinate with outside organizations; handle setup and cleanup.
• Help ensure activities meet residents' needs and preferences.
• May oversee a specific life enrichment component (e.g., Memory Care or a specific activity).
• Coordinate transportation to events and drive company vehicle as needed.
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff; adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
