Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Content Management & Technical Writing Associate to advance our internal licensing database and support technology initiatives with a focus on industry knowledge.

You will collaborate with IT, Product, Marketing, and Sales to produce content, respond to licensing inquiries, and improve processes across departments. The role requires strong data handling, research, and communication skills in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in licensing or related regulatory areas.

Responsibilities

• Advance and maintain the internal BL Brain database with licensing data and industry changes.
• Support development projects in line with team priorities and timelines.
• Prioritize requests via the task system and update teammates on progress.
• Communicate with government agencies for license research inquiries.
• Convey findings clearly via oral and written channels to team members.
• Collaborate with IT/Product teams on AI-enabled licensing initiatives.
• Coordinate with licensing teams to capture data during order fulfillment.
• Assist Marketing/Sales with content and thought leadership on various platforms.
• Monitor industry shifts for dissemination to clients and teams.
• Train colleagues on BL Brain usage and data retention best practices.
• Oversee distribution of Regulatory Tracker products and subscriptions.
• Provide subject matter expertise to Sales on calls, RFPs, and quotes.
• Adapt processes to improve efficiency and assist other teams during high volume.
