Job summary

Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a Senior Consumer Products Licensing Manager to lead strategic licensing partnerships that bring beloved franchises off the screen into fans' lives. You’ll own multi-territory negotiations, structure deals with royalties and milestones, and drive franchise roadmaps with content, marketing, retail, and legal teams.

You’ll use data-driven insights to forecast revenue and optimize partner performance while mentoring junior talent and representing the team in leadership

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-territory licensing negotiations with major manufacturers and strategic retail partners.
• Structure deals encompassing royalties, minimum guarantees, advance payments, and performance milestones.
• Negotiate renewal terms and drive expansion opportunities with existing partners to grow revenue and portfolio breadth.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic titles and franchise licensing partnerships.
• Leverage data analysis and BI tools to forecast revenue and measure partner impact.
