Job summary

Amazon's Creator Services team seeks a Sr. Business Development Manager to own end-to-end deal operations, drive pipeline management, and author greenlight memos for licensing and distribution across SVOD, TVOD, and AVOD.

You will negotiate rights with creators, agents, networks, and content distributors, ensuring alignment with Amazon's strategic and financial goals. You will lead external meetings, manage cross-functional collaborations with Finance, Legal, and BA, and sustain long-term

Qualifications

• End-to-end deal operations from intake to close.
• Licensing and rights acquisition across media

• Maintain strategic vendor relationships to support deal flow

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional workflows to drive deals through the pipeline.
• Negotiate, structure, close, and amend licensing agreements with rights holders.
• Secure rights to distribute digital content across SVOD, TVOD, AVOD.
• Build and maintain relationships with media companies, networks, artists, and agents.
• Own writing and coordination of greenlight memos for projects entering decision.
