Job summary

Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios in Culver City seeks an experienced Content Acquisition Manager to drive licensing strategies with major studios, independent producers, and distributors across flat fee and pay-for-performance models.

You will support deal execution, analyze customer behavior data, manage content mix, and collaborate with legal, finance, and marketing to deliver compelling Prime Video content worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years cross-functional experience with tech and non-tech teams.
• 5+ years of cross-functional project delivery experience.
• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Data-driven decision making using metrics and requirements.
• Experience with data-focused tools such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, or similar.
• 3+ years of Excel or Tableau experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the negotiation and execution of global/multi-territory SVOD licensing with major studios and partners.
• Assist in managing content licensing selection and mix across categories.
• Analyze customer behavior and usage data to inform content decisions.
• Provide analytical support and performance tracking for senior management.
• Help establish relationships with content providers and senior stakeholders.
• Develop understanding of financial analysis and content forecasting for deal evaluation.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, marketing and other teams to execute agreements.
• Maintain proactive, can-do attitude to support end-to-end licensing processes.
